Gameport does not host, mirror or link to game ROMs, discs, executables, assets or any other copyrighted game data. The projects it lists are source-code repositories, published by their own authors under their own licences. Nearly every one of them requires a copy of the original game that you already own; none of them is a way to get one. Gameport does not condone piracy and takes no position on the legality of any listed project in any jurisdiction. That is between the project, its users and the rights holders.

Game titles, box art, screenshots and company names appear here to identify the games the projects are about. They belong to their respective owners. Gameport is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any game publisher, platform holder or project, and nothing here is an official product of theirs.

If you hold rights in something shown here and want it removed, or you maintain a listed project and want its entry corrected or taken down, write to labs@entro314.com with the page's address and what you need. The listing is rebuilt from its sources, so a removal that is not also made at the source may need to be repeated; say so and it will be pinned.

Gameport sets no cookies and runs no analytics or trackers. The only thing it stores in your browser is your theme choice and whether you have dismissed the notice about this, both in local storage, both yours to clear. Pages are served by Cloudflare, which keeps the ordinary server logs any host keeps. Images are loaded from the sites that hold them, which see the request like any other.

Project lists and facts are gathered from public sources, credited on the About page, and from the projects' own repositories. The Gameport rating is an editorial estimate from public signals, explained there too, and is not a review of any project's legal standing.
